The blue and gray Mayoral bear bags are both new at $74.99, each including a pacifier holder, changing pad, and wet bag — excellent value for a fully accessorized new bag. The gray bear listing at $38 stands out as the best deal, offering the same padded design and included accessories at nearly half the price, though buyers should verify its condition.
