Vintage EKCO Flint Vanadium Serrated Utility Knife

Vintage EKCO Flint knives from the 1970s are sought-after collectibles for knife enthusiasts and American-made tool collectors. These USA-made blades feature Fine Vanadium steel with serrated edges, available in bread slicing and utility configurations. When comparing listings, check blade length (6" utility vs. 9" bread), steel grade, and overall condition. This classic 9-inch bread knife offers a longer reach for slicing tasks, while this rare chef's utility option provides compact versatility. For the best value, prioritize knives with clearly documented condition and original sharpness over minor price differences.
