Gorgeous vintage dress circa 1970s or early 80s. Red color with button up ruffle front and ruffle cuffs on the long sleeves. Has a fabric belt that is removable. Lightweight and sheer. Inside of the dress, the front ruffle has a raw edge (threads visible). 2 loose threads on the outside of the ruffle collar, pictured. No size tag or any tag. Handmade garment. Length is 33". Bust is 40", Waist is 37", and Hips are 40".
