This is in good condition . It is preowned. I think that it is acrylic. The label is pretty worn. There are gathers but felt no elastic stretch. It measures 23 inches pit to pit. Along the gathering above the waist it measures 19 inches. The dress is red with blue and gold phoenix birds on it. The colors are bright. The ruffle along the bottom is slight. Please look at pics.
