Item lights up and indicates charge when plugged in. Also connects to laptop. Item immediately loses power when disconnected from charging dock. Otherwise, good cosmetic condition Includes original casing and accessories I have tried restoring it with no resolve so my best guess is that it needs a new battery which would require soldering
