Feels like a heavy brushed cotton material. Thread pulls (2) on skirt front not very noticeable. Please see photos. Measurements lying flat: jacket armpit to armpit 20 1/2”, waist 15”, sleeve 24 1/2”. Skirt waist 15”, hips 20”, waist to hem 21”.
