A vintage crystal round covered butter dish in the Eleanor pattern by American Cut. This piece features the classic designs associated with EAPG-era tableware and works well as a butter dish or small covered cheese server for the table. Measures approximately 4" tall with an outside diameter of about 4.875" and an inside diameter of approximately 3". Sized to hold the equivalent of one standard stick of butter (about 1/4 lb). Produced in the 1940s. Item condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks, or repairs noted. Clarity is good with no cloudiness.
