Vintage Rare Cincinnati Tools C Clamp No.566 1 1/4" Second Locking Clamp. I've done quite a bit of research to determine what the second clamp is for. There are barely legible letters on the smaller clamp that look like Cleveland O. (If you know what it is, please let me know.)
